I created an alcohol ink background on Yupo paper. I used Alcohol Lift ink to stamp snowflakes on the panel, but they ended up being hardly visible, even after several stampings. So I finally gave up & decided to die cut snowflakes.
I die cut a stitched rectangle into the center of my pool colored panel, & arranged my snowflakes. I used liquid glue to adhere them, which turned out to be a bear, since the little buggers just didn't want to stick. I prevailed, though! I stamped my greeting with Blu Raspberry ink, snuggled around one of the snowflakes. Finally, I trimmed off the overhanging bits of snowflakes, & added my panel to a teal cardstock mat that I'd adhered to my white card base.
