I created a blank "canvas" in Photoshop for my image & greeting. I opened both of them in separate tabs in Photoshop, & copied them onto the canvas. I resized each to fit, & positioned them. Finally, I printed them onto a panel of watercolor paper.
I used my watercolors to paint the image. I had to reference a photo of a female cardinal, so I could get the coloring right. It was still hard, but I think I did pretty well at least.
I cut a panel of patterned paper to the size in the sketch, & added that to teal cardstock. I adhered a strip of red satin ribbon, & added my image/greeting panel to the card front. Finally, I mounted my card front to a white card base.
