I added several green alcohol inks to my 5x7" Yupo panel. After it dried, I placed it in my MISTI & arranged my "Pine Branches" stamps on half of the panel. I stamped them with Alcohol Lift ink, replaced the Yupo with cardstock, & stamped the images onto that. I daubed & then rubbed off the residual lift ink from the Yupo with a dry cloth. I did this process a few times to get good impressions on both panels. After that, I rotated the panels 180 degrees (alternating them in my MISTI as I stamped) so I could stamp the other half of each without having to move my stamps.
I cut each panel into 3-1/2x5" pieces. I cut them into 1/2" strips, cutting a 1/8" strip in between each of the wider ones. I made sure to keep the strips in the same order as I cut them. I used my ATG to add them to my acetate, leaving a 1/8" gap between each strip. By cutting the 1/8" strips, I was able to have my design be continuous from one strip to the next, with everything lined up. After I had adhered all the strips, I added foam tape to the back of the acetate, hiding it behind the strips, and adhered that to my 4x5-1/2" ivory panel.
I heat embossed the greeting & one of the "trees" from the same set onto vellum, and fussy cut them out. I ran them through my Sticker Maker to apply an even layer of adhesive to the back of each. I adhered them to my strip panel, slightly overlapping the tree & the swoop in the "j." Finally, I mounted my card front to a white card base.
