I cut several strips from a few patterned papers in my scrap stash. I used my ATG adhesive to stick them to a panel of acetate. I added foam tape to the back of the acetate, hiding it behind the strips. I adhered that to my ivory panel that I'd mounted to a white card base. Finally, I glued the die cut leaves & greeting to the front of my panel.

Andrea, this looks fabulous! Gorgeous background paper (strips) and that leaf/sentiment is the perfect addition to your card! I'm sorry my fall colors caused you to do a re-make... thanks for doing that.
