So, I have had more than a few of all the challenges I have read about lately caught in the mental filter and when I came across this metal tree frame inside the Putti fine furnishings store I kind of grinned and knew I would do this because, I had been poking about in the older watercolor Wednesday throw downs that had Christmas ideas because of Lydia's Falliday's challenge to do one of them and I had already made up my mind these little trees these little trees would be perfect. and then I had seen that the ways to use it was asking for mini Slim line sized cards and I have never done that before. The tree was painted with just paint here and when I added the gold to over the top of the rim of the pot it activated the reds under it and turned kinda coppery looking instead of brilliant gold. Thanks for these challenges ladies & tfl.

Your little tree looks terrific! Perfect subject for the slim line dimension. I like the way your sentiment sits at the bottom a bit like a gift under the tree. Lovely card!

What a sweet and clean and simple card you have created!!! This reminds me of Charlie Brown's Christmas tree.

Oh, your inspiration from Putti and the w/c challenge do look a lot alike. Good job on the watercoloring and I think the copper color is great...always love copper. It looks good on a slimline card, too.
