For this take on the Floating Strips technique, I glued the strips on acetate and then used a circle die to cut the acetate. Cutting the acetate was not easy -- I ran the sandwich through my Cuttlebug multiple times and still had to use a scissors to cut through a few spots -- I think it might have been the dried glue that was the issue. Added a simple sentiment and a die-cut leaf.

Sandy, this is so pretty - I love that you cut the floating strips into a circle for a nice/clean card design. I would have never guessed it would be difficult to die-cut the acetate, though. I am glad you persevered!
