I really wanted to play in today's WT Challenge - Mini Slimline Card. I normally like making 6" x 5" cards but have really enjoyed making a few Christmas cards in this size. I made a few with Christmas Dp and a sentiment but then decided my new PB stamp, 'Glisten' would be good for this size card. I used my Misti to stamp onto the white c/s, having coloured the stamp with SU & Tomboy markers. I felt the card needed something more so I sprayed with gold glimmer mist. IRL it really sparkles. Added the sentiment and ribbon.
Thanks, Cathy, for the fun challenge, I will definitely be making more cards in this size. TFL!

This is just the cutest little Christmas tree, Sue! Love the gradient on the tree and the sparkle! What a wonderful mini slimline Christmas card...this size is so much fun!

I really like that tree, and it's pretty in the green shades.

Love the ombre effect on the tree and I bet the shimmer is gorgeous. The tree reminds me of a crepe paper one I made for my mother when I was quite small and we were having a homemade Christmas. I guess maybe my dad made the wooden frame for me, and I added fringes of paper - which is why the look of your tree brought it back to mind.

Delightful....and lovely.....Christmas card, Sue. Love the bright cheery colors. If you hadn't mentioned that you used a stamp, I would have thought you freehanded this lovely tree.
