This card is for MaryJo's son John for the Tea Potter challenge. Watercolor painting definitely is WAY OUT of my comfort zone...thus the true challenge. I wanted to paint an autumn forest scene and found a great tutorial for it. Lets just say mine looks a bit different than the tutorial (insert covered face emoji here). I did not have a motorcycle stamp that was to scale with the road so I printed offline and fussy cut it out, colored with gel pens and placed on the road. I stamped the sentiment and fussy cut the "road sign" and sponged around the edges for some definition. I sure hope John's recovery is quick. Sorry for the ramble TFL

Your watercolored fall scene looks great and makes a fantastic backdrop for that cool motorcycle!

Well, it would certainly have taken me miles out of my comfort zone to attempt anything like this - well done you! And great work fussy-cutting the motorbike, too.

Oh goodness gracious your water color just made me fall off my chair. It is magnificent. John and his wife Patty love riding in the mountains on their motorcycle. He will love your card for sure. Thank you so much for thinking of him.

I can't image the tutorial looked better than your version -- different, maybe; but not better. You created a gorgeous autumnal forest; perfect for a day trip through the trees on a motorcycle. John is sure to love this. Wonderful card.

I think your watercolored scene looks fabulous and you captured the beautiful colors of fall. Great job fussy cutting that motorcycle as well, not a simple task! Very nice work.

I totally admire you watercolouring this wonderful scene, something out of my comfort zone, too! The shiny bike looks terrific in the forefront of the card!
