Wow, loved the video today, she paints so well!!
I did it my way... I've painted with gray, blue and purple, used table salt and let that dry during 1 hour, brushed off the salt and did the highlighting with gel pen and fine writer, die cut the square and layered with purple on white linen

So glad you liked the video. Love your take on this technique. You really created nice texture with the salt. It looks great with your placement of the bulbs. Fav’d

you got so much awesome texture with your salt, my first thought was there is a kitty hiding out side of the scene and you are gonna lose the one that is swinging haha. and I did chuckle.

This is fun - looks like the resident cat has been playing with those baubles and has got at least a few of them swinging on their strings. Your salted bg makes me think of frost covered pine trees.

Oh, how fun this is! I love how the ornaments are dancing. Probably the way our ornaments will look if we hang any on the tree this year.
Our two fellas (kitties) that we rescued from the woods this summer are causing us to rethink our Christmas decorating plans! You achieved beautiful translucent ornaments!

Ohhh, so very pretty, I like this version too. I like how your one ornament is doing its own thing...is there a little kitty helping it? Beautiful card.
