This is my sample for CC868. LeAnn is our hostess and she chose soft succulent, evening evergreen and crumb cake for her color trio. Dessert option this week is a die cut.
I used the new Peace on Earth phrase die from CottageCutz for my card. It's cut in evening evergreen. I added a berry (merry merlot - a neutral) sprig and some pinescones on the image panel.
The background paper is from the Stampin'-Up "Painted Christmas collection. It has all the challenge colors.
To finish off the card I scattered a few soft succulent gems. Hope you can play along with us. The colors are beautiful and maybe the gallery will be alive with Christmas.

Mary, I love how you repeated the pinecone theme from the DS paper onto the card embellishments. Lovely die-cut greeting, and it looks great on the white shape. Perfect little spring of berries, too!

Mary, this is a beautiful card. I love the pinecone DP background and the die cut cones on the corner of your sentiment tag. Such a wonder classic holiday card.
