I liked how Sherri created an oval frame for the scene and used a colored layer. I was inspired to use the same stamp set. Changes: colors, theme, stamped background on colored card base and die-cut oval opening, no second layer, and added sentiment on banner instead of stamped on base.
This is one I would make again as it makes a nice masculine card & is easy to mail.
Thank you Sherri for sharing your beautiful cards with us and for inspiring mine! TFL

Your card is the perfect CASE to my card. Great job! I love the background too!! Masculine cards always stump me and I need to remember to make this card for men too!!

Wonderful CASE and I love the changes you made to make it your own -- like the softer colors in the stamped image and the woodgrain layer. It is a wonderful card for a guy but I know a lot of gals, like me, that would love it too. Awesome card.
Diane, this is a great case of Sherri's card. The woodgrain frame layer is so perfect to show off your beautiful scene. What a wonderful masculine card. They are not always to make.
