WT864 = Let's Border It - my favourite border that I use a lot is just a simple black cs one
CCC21SEP = Christmas Cards with the theme "Sweaters"
I lightly and somewhat randomly coloured through the stencil with turquoise and purple Distress inks and my blending brushes.
The image is stamped and coloured with regular coloured pencils, then I die cut the coloured image and a second one out of a scrap of cs, glued the two together for more dimension and added to the background.
Bordered the panel with black cs and added a black stamped sentiment.

What a sweet image and beautiful stencilled background in those soft colours. Just knitting a sweater in what said grey but in real life it's a bit closer to powder blue than I was expecting!

Susan, a most charming card with the sweet image of the girl knitter. The soft stenciling of the Fair Isle knitting pattern as a bg is beautifully done and is a perfect back drop for her.
