Barbara gave us some great colors this week and I couldn't wait to use then with my new Anita Jeram stamps from the SSS Stamptember release. I hope my candy counts as dessert; if not I'll call it a snack - LOL! And I did use the So Saffron, it's there as frosting on some of the chocolates.
I wanted the images to have a looser, more watercolor feel to them so I used blender pens and reinkers. I love that technique for small areas of watercolor.
I hope you will join us this week. We love seeing your cards in the gallery!

This little mouse is so adorable! In my mind, here's the story: She knows she should be exercising, so she's doing her floor exercises while balancing a "weight" on her tail. To finish off her session, she gets to eat the "weight," and all of its friends! What a fun card!

Such a sweet (pun intended) card. We love mice in this house, just not the one we can't catch that loves our pantry!

This is oh, so adorable! We have a little coffee shop around the corner from our place where they make the best truffles. I often pick a few up for dessert. It's way better on the waistline than having a whole pan of something tempting us.
