Featured Stamper Challenge honoring Debby aka Littledeb. I found so many cute cards and creative ideas in her gallery that it could have been a sticky situation trying to choose one. Then, I saw this bee-utiful one:
A friend recently sent me a puny set with a bee & honey theme. So, I made my Honey a special love card. I have a lot of bee stamps, but not too many sentiments, so it was sweet to get this set. Thank you, Susan!
Today, I used paper instead of stamping because I trying to use up the pieces in this DSP pack. In all my scraps, I only found two bees that were looking at each other. It would not have been good for this card to have bumblebees flying away from each other. LOL
My case: I kept a similar layout with paper at the bottom and a circle element. I used a bee pun with a different theme, used two paper bees with no hive, no bling. I stamped the sentiment directly on card base and changed the colors. Hello Honey is the color in this paper so I used it for the circle. However, I do not have the ink. I used Bumblebee ink instead and it looked fine. Both color names are bee-related. LOL
I popped the bee circles up. Just a little Wink of Stella on the wings. Fun to make!
Thank Debby for sharing your wonderful cards with us and for inspiring mine today!

Diane, this is a great case of Debby's card. I absolutely adore your sweet clean and simple layout and those sweet bees. I love the SU designer paper you used. I think I have it somewhere in my stash.

Well, your "honey" should be well pleased with this love card. Love the clean crisp look you created as well as your great design. Lucky to have found those two bees facing each other because I agree that if they were flying apart it probably wouldn't have been so good on a love card. And luckier to have gotten that great sentiment set, Love the big lettering. That dp is awesome and it looks perfect here. Great CASE and a wonderful card.

Bee cards always make me happy, and I remember taking a close look at the knees on littledebs card... your version is excellent! Nice borders behind the DSP and such a fun sentiment. He will chuckle and perhaps you will get a kiss!
