Today's Colors: Pool Party, Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze.
After die-cutting the rectangle, I placed pencil marks where I wanted the trees to be so I'd know where to sponge the colors. For the green, since it is a juicy ink pad, and I have trouble using a sponge with that type, I lightly sponged the color and then after tapping the ink pad I tap, tap, tapped it on to the green area. It made a bit of texture for the grass, and I liked it a lot. I just sponged lightly for the next 2 colors then I stamped the trees & sentiment in espresso. The scene is popped up over a white cb. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

This is gorgeous. Love how you dabbed on the grassy area and lightly sponged the sky. The tree line is perfect. Wonderful card with the challenge colors!

Oh how I miss this beautiful stamp set! It's 'not' possible to make a bad looking card using it! Your horizon is wonderfully done and I would have never thought of using Cajun Craze. This is one gorgeous card and I'm storing away this idea. Thank you Roberta for participating in this week's challenge!
