I based my card on this one by today's FS, Lois (aka Mom41Grand42): DTGD18justampin Wishing You by Mom42Grand41 at Splitcoaststampers
In order to make my reflection, I stamped the image on acetate and adhered it inside out. I like how it gave a glassy, watery look to the lower half. I played with making my own backgrounds, first with watercolor and then sponging, but I wasn't happy so took the easy way out and used some DP in my stash.

Oh Faith, you more than nailed this CASE. This is stunning. I love the soft mint and that dp was the perfect choice. Using the acetate for the reflection -- brilliant. It does look shiny and reflective. Awesome card!

A lovely card using one of my favourite tree line stamps. Thanks for the details on how you did the reflections. I will have to give that a try. Love the DP background. I often do that! TFS

So lovely, Faith - and I am still using the stamp(s) in this set. It was my first purchase from SU, some months before I signed on as a Demo. This image has been everything from a spooky haunt to a thoughtful sympathy expression, and was how I first learned the reflection technique. Your take with the acetate is new to me, I zoomed in and love it! A lovely card and great tribute to your inspiration piece.

This is gorgeous! You found the perfect DP! I adore reflection cards. I remember buying a tree stamp early on just so I could try out a reflection! Beautifully done!
Faith, this is a great case of Lois' card. Lovely As a Tree is one of my all time favorite stamp sets and one I will never give up. I love your beautiful background and the reflection of the trees. How clever to stamp the trees on acetate. Gorgeous card.
