Jeanne is getting September started with a lovely fall combination!
I went big on the blue though I kept it in the background with falling leaves. Let's not worry about the pumpkin blossom appearing with the fully ripe pumpkins, OK? It was just too cute and color challenge appropriate to leave off...
I hope you can play along with us this week!

so pretty Chris and I like the bold emphasis on the blue- and your fall theme still comes through wonderfully- I like how you used the dies to emboss your background- creative

I love the background you've created with the leaves and how you've colored the pumpkins. Great card Chris and a wonderful use of the colors this week.

Chris, I'm always excited to see how you handle the colors. Although you went along the journey of Fall, you flipped the expected and use the blue as the background. This is gorgeous!! The other unexpected element is the way you used the stitched leaves. A stunner.

There is always some magic to your cards Chris and that leafy background is perfection for your pretty fall card!! Your creativity is very impressive and every single card displays it!!I wondered if we would use the same set but I used this one for next week!

I wondered if anyone would use blue as the dominant color and you did, Chris, and it works out beautifully! Really showcases your pumpkins well. Love the stitched leaves~

Chris, I love all the blue! It is a perfect backdrop for the autumn elements. Thanks to this card, I have a new item on my wish list: I love the stitched leaves--the way you created the stitched outlines and then inlaid the die-cut leaves! So beautiful!

Beautiful card with these colors....sure love your bg with the stitched leaves. Your pumpkins are so festive for fall. Many times the pumpkin vine will produce a late blossom as other vegetables like cucumbers, squash, zuchinni. TFS
