Featured Stamper Challenge honoring Shirlb19 aka Shirl. I so enjoyed looking through her gallery. This card caught my eye. I thought it was so fun, bright and happy.
It was a good chance to use this neglected sunburst die and also some retired colors & papers.
Changes: birthday theme, similar but different colors and papers, no stars, used sequins instead. I love these sequins. They pick up the color they are on or near otherwise look clear.
Fun card to make. Thanks Shirl for sharing your beautiful cards with us and for inspiring mine today! TFL

Diane, how fun is this! So happy my card inspired you to make this happy looking birthday card. Sentiment looks wonderful on that nested stitched die! That is fun dp showing thru your rays! Love the way you sprinkled your sequins around! Thank you for the honor of this case. It means a lot!

Your card just says "happy" with all those sunbeams! Love your background dsp and especially like your little gem embellishment on your sentiment!

Oh, wow! This is so fun! Bright and cheerful! That starburst die is a lot of fun. I wondered for a moment if it was a die because I couldn't imagine cutting all the rays perfectly! Beautiful!

Oh, I love the beautiful bold design! Love the die-cut and the DP paper looks great with the sunburst. The die-cut headline is perfect and the stamped headline is an awesome stamp design.

That is a fun, happy card and so is yours. I love the dp you chose to use here and your sentiment shape looks great against that big bright sunburst. Great card -- it is literally bursting with happiness.
