This is my last week as a color challenge designer and I am going out playing with one of my favorite color pallets. Mary selected Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape, and Old Olive with DSP as a dessert. I die cut the white panel and then mounted on DSP from the Paper Blooms series. I stamped the iris and mounted the main panel on textured purple CS. Embossed the sentiment and cut from unknown die. Added some ribbon and gems.
It has been a wonderful privilege to be part of this wonderful team this month. Like all things SCS, the team encouragement and support have been amazing. Some of this month's colors stretched my color comfort and really challenged me, which I thoroughly enjoyed. TFL

Beautiful card to end your time with us Marianne! The iris is perfection for these colors and your unique use of the dsp peeking behind the die is also wonderful!! It's been so much fun to see what you came up with each week!!

Claudette, this is a gorgeous design using your designer paper as a backdrop behind your beautiful die cut! I love iris', they were my grandma's favorite flower, your design brings back sweet memories. It was a pleasure having you on the team this month, thank you for sharing your inspirational creations.

Very pretty with the die cut showing the leafy bg! My mother's favorite flower was iris, and your card made me think of the rows of iris on the side of our house long ago.

What a beautiful composition this is! I love that corner die treatment with the dsp peeking through. It works so very well with that pretty iris. What a treat it has been having you join in the DT this month! Don't be a stranger, OK?

I've always liked this little iris image and I love your placement of itat the corner of that fantastic die. The leafy paper peeking out of the lattice work looks perfect. Great card!
