The artwork linked above inspired me to use the lilies on water DSP. A SCS friend, Betty aka gabbygal had sent me an assortment of papers left from her business. I thought this textured piece went along nicely with the water surface look and the light color draws out the light blue in the pattern. I cut it in half to border the sides and the card base frames the panel. I used a circle punch for the sentiment and sequins to honor the circular design of the artwork. I applied Wink of Stella glitter pen to the water surface; it glistens so pretty!
Betty always decorates the inside of her cards; she inspired me to create a panel for inside my card. I stamped a sentiment and added a strip of DSP on which I used some WOS. Love the sparkle! Thank you to Betty for the paper and inspiration. Thank you to Kia for the fun challenge. TFL

Beautiful! Love that you were able to use some of the papers. You did an awesome job with the "water" theme on this gem. Very creative. Love what you did with the inside, too...

Your pretty dsp is just perfect for your inspiration piece, Diane! I know the water surface is really glistening with that Wink of Stella! Your sentiment fronts are beautiful and elegant!
