I combined yesterday's FS (Robin!!!!) with Robin's DTGD21, which I didn't get to during that week, and added today's CAS (gnomes) and the TLC (yarn wrapped birch trees).
I stamped and masked the gnome and mushrooms, did the yarn masking with the twine and DOx using what I hope was close to Robin's colors, shaded and doodled the trees, colored Garry the Gnome (the only gnome stamp I have!) and the mushrooms, added some foliage and grass at the bottom and stamped the fairies, adding a little glitter pen. I used twine because the yarn I have is really thin but the twine wasn't easy because it was thick. I really like this technique, Karen. I've done similar things with masking fluid. I will do this with my granddaughters, since every time I visit, they ask if I've brought any art to do.
I fav'd so many of Robin's creations; I love the variety, always easy to CASE when there is good variety. I thought it was appropriate to combine her FS week with her DTGD21. Beautiful work, Robin!
