Wanted a fun card to do today, and when I saw Lisa's challenge to put a gnome on a card, I found it. Printed the digi on paper that goes through my printer. It is a challenge to watercolor on this cheaper paper. One has to control the amount of water you use. It is more like coloring with watercolor paints not painting. Chose this cute fall guy and colored him with Daniel Smith paints. Used a white gel pen to add highlights and polka dots on his shirt. Added splatters. TFL

I have the same issue when I print something to color. If I get a new printer, I will see if it can handle heavier paper! Your coloring is perfect and the splatter is a great finishing touch!

So cute and congrats on working with that paper -- it sounds like a challenge and you mastered it. The dots on the shirt are super -- Love them! Wonderfully warm and happy Fall card.
