Hello my friends! I get to host the color challenge this week and I've chosen a combination I hope you will find adaptable to any theme you have in mind: Bumblebee, Soft Succulent, Poppy Parade. Dessert is dry embossing.
These colors made me think of the warm happy colors of late summer. I tapped the inside of my embossing folder with a bit of white craft ink to give just a bit more definition to the floral design of the folder. The flowers/leaves were punched and colored with my Blends alcohol markers. I curled the petals just a bit after attaching them to my card with dimensionals.
Thanks so much for looking! Please play along with us - I'm excited to see what you create!

this is so pretty Chris and you have captured a late summer theme so well. The white ink on the background embossing does make it stand out. Great color choices this week!

The layout on this card is especially eye-catching, Chris, with the vertical at the edge and the horizontal at the bottom. I love your touches of white ink on the ef. Such a pretty card!
