So, I have a little pile of new to me stamps and I have watercolor stuff on the table working my way through the DTGD challenges and I had seen the 10 minute fabled card tossed down ( again ) this morning. ( in my mind this has never happened, and because I chose to let this paint finish drying before I ran it through the bigshot with the die. it turned into an 11 1/2 minute card... ( its hot here the paint is drying almost instantly) but, I figured since the eyes had black dots if I pushed it they would for sure smear. and he has a little bit of a vulture look going on with the paint around the eye already so... now he does not look like he was victim of a mugging. at any rate I did enjoy this trying to see if I could pull it off. Thanks for this challenge Julie, & tfl.

He does have a bit of a vulture look about him but he still looks great here. Fun image and a great sentiment. Love you layout and colors. Great, fun card

So fun!!!! A broken beaked flamingo with a vultures eye! Love this image and the design elements (tip tilted unusual rectangle die) add to the impact of the sentiment. You were well within the unwritten rules of timed-stamping to subtract time to allow ink to dry! Ha! Fun card and cute back story to go with it!
