I guess I really love using stencils! This card was pretty easy to put together using makeup brushes and blending DOX inks from the center out. I used rectangle dies to cut both the main goal panel and the vellum layer. The hearts were die cut from the same cream paper as the base card. The large heart was popped up and rose thread looped and twisted beneath and around all 3 hearts.
