This 3D card was made for a sketch challenge that also had an optional challenge to include "kitchen utensils". The first thing I thought of was a 3D bench fold card, not realizing it would take me almost 5 hours to create it!!!
I added a few touches of my own (like a cake in the oven, and embossed mittens), but you can create your own version.
I've listed all the items you'll need to create your own. I didn't have kitchen utensil dies, so used my Brother ScanNCut CM350 to size and cut out pieces from a digital file I had bought 2 years ago from DesignBundles.com.
I am rating the difficulty level of this card as a "5" out of a possible "5" because it requires attention to detail, a lot of tools, and just about every card making skill you have (embossing, die cutting, fussy cutting, paper piecing, layering, tiny bow tying, scoring, etc.). Don't let that scare you away, though. Just take your time and after watching the video tutorial, go back and follow the video step-by-step.
I am going to hold onto this card to send to a VERY special person due to how long it took me to create it. But it's so cute when it's done!!!
