This morning I watched a video by Jo Rice - For Lavinia Stamps. I have always had trouble sponging inks nice and evenly. Jo's video gave me the courage to try again. I used the card produced in the video as the inspiration. My effort is a little (and I mean little) different. I was so happy with the way the sponging came out this time. This card has given me the courage to try it again - ha ha.
Hope you enjoy sunset over the field of poppies.

Wow Helen! I can feel the heat of that sun. We are having a warm day here today. Your sponging is beautiful. It makes such a great canvas for your field of flowers. I like the white highlights you added!

Definitely do some more of these sponging cards. This is gorgeous! I find that oxide inks actually blend better than any others. Really love your card!
