Crushed curry, poppy parade and pumpkin pie are luscious colors and so autumnal, but I went down a different path to make my youngest son's birthday card, which happens to be today. He loves sushi, but I don't have any sushi stamps, so I found a dragon from free clip art and printed it. I glued it onto white cs and trimmed it to resemble a Chinese take out box and added silver cording. The fortune cookie was hand drawn and watercolored with distress inks and I cut a slit to insert the computer generated fortune. The chopsticks are 1/4"x4" and one is (hand cut) tapered at the end. Sahara sand was brushed onto the card base and the edges of the fortune.
I cased a card I saw on Pinterest, https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-rRsRh8lZL...ese%2BBday.JPG
