DH wanted to give it a go, but instead of making patches of colour, he sort of painted it in strips of colour and only tried blending a bit near the end. Some of my inks pre-date my marriage, so it's good to see them getting used up - these were all Winsor & Newton inks.
I reckoned it would work for an underwater scene, so I used the SU Under the Sea to cut the negative fish, and laid some silver glitter card behind them. I kept the positives, and tucked them in amongst the seaweed.
Coral reef cut from watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils to make it quick (Monday's are a crazy-busy day in work). Seaweed stencilled with TCW paste and die-cut from alcohol ink on photo paper and a gel print. Prills added along the bottom as a filler. Edged with a blue Sakura Stardust pen and Enamel Accents dots in black. Top layer of the Angler Fish is Inka Hematite for some shiny luster. Sentiment stamped and embossed in white on black.

What a fun card, Sabrina! Your hubby made a cool BG, that you turned into a great underwater scene! I love all of the elements you used--the prills are a nice touch for the sand!
