Karen has a great gallery and I really liked her Happy, Happy, Happy card. I can always use cards that work for guys and we have several guy birthdays coming up. I used Simon's stencil for the striped BG, applying oxide inks cracked pistachio and peacock feathers. I then used the new birthday die, by My Favorite Things, to cut out just the big part, positioning it in my Big Shot to not cut the bottom. I cut the bottom words out of hawaiian shores and mint julep, to attach. I then cut just the big part again, out of white cardstock 4 times, to have room for the beads in the shaker. The clear cardstock was attached to the stenciled layer and the additional 4 layers of white attached to the card base. Here's Karen's fun card that inspired me.

Sue, this is fabulous. I love the shaker being in the large BIG letters and the colorful stenciling is perfect. I am sure this one will be loved for sure! Great case and great card. Hugz

Mesmerizing ..... love the stenciled background and your artful die cutting of those letters. Terrific shaker card!
