That was a tough one. I kind of abandoned the video, because when I started off following her, it was a muddled mess. I let the muddled mess dry and then went through and finished him off much neater than he began. I finished off with some splatter and darker spots. I also made him a cartoon octopus. I was afraid if I tried to give him a realistic eye he would end up angry looking like my bumble bee. In the end, I'm pretty happy with it.

I love your whimsical octopus and the beautiful blend of rainbow colors. I take the videos as "suggestions" since by now most of us have developed out own unique styles. The plethora of tiny fishes tells me your "Rainbow Randy" is a well liked creature of the deep. Thank you for playing in my challenge this week!

I think your colorful octopus is just the cutest and I love his big eye. The other little swimmers are just perfect for your scene. Fun sentiment, too. I had a laugh about what you said about your bee...now, I have to go look again. Ha

He looks fabulous! I was a little fearful of the eye as well and opted for tentacles only, LOL. Your Octopus looks very happy and full of color! I like that you stamped schools of fish in the sea! Fun and beautiful!
