I really enjoyed making this card with a dry embossed background watercolored with Distress Inks. Mist the embossing folder with Antique Linen and then emboss the paper. This gives us a cream background to work on.
When dry, smear Distress Inks on a non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and pick up with a paint brush. Paint the background. Add shading with a darker ink and then also splatter some Distress Ink on the background.
