This card is for Linda's Teapot Party Tickle. It's also for the Alpha challenge I = inlaid die cut.
The lady die cut was gifted to me by a dear friend on this site .thank you Gracie. The face was die cut twice, once using normal CS and the top layer is cut out of textured paper that's been in my stash for a while. It looks slightly cream against the pure white CS but is supposed to be white too.
The Distressed BG has two panels, one of which was dry embossed and the other stencilled using a glitter gel medium.
The sentiment was heat embossed on Vellum, one of my favourite techniques at present. The vellum flowers were die cut using a TH die. Lace and bling added and of course lots of Stickles.
I was tempted to add pink lippy or rosy cheeks but thought better of it. I'm not one to leave things plain lol but I do like how this turned out. Just a couple of things I would do differently next time but I hope whoever receives this knows it was made thinking of love and with love.
TFL. Happy day

Wonderful texture and layering, Jayne. I hear you on the "meant to be white" - as someone else wrote in their upload, they had so many die-cuts and 70 shades of white. That glitter gel stencilling looks amazing, and I too love the look of embossing on vellum.

Love the looks of your glitter gel frosted roses on the stenciled panel. They make a lovely counterbalance for the big puffy vellum flowers in your lady's hair. I'm even catching bits of the stickles there. Thank you for playing in my challenge this week and for the info on weddings in Australia in the gallery chat room!

I love how you made this an elegant shabby chic design. I love the layers of flowers in her hair with the elegant center bed too.
