For Sharon's hubby who is doing some healing and loves to watch basketball. I used this week's sketch. I really didn't try to make my card french for the Teapot challenge, but does France has a lot of old buildings and the background on my card looks old, so maybe that will count? I was really just thinking of the basketball theme though! ;)
I added glossy effects to the backboard and the basketball is on a wobbler. I always have to test the wobbler cards really well before I send them. LOL. They are so fun.

What a beautiful card, and extra fun that there's an action wobble on it. The TPT is not very strict, it's sufficient to be inspired by the recipient. But yes, plenty of old weathered backgrounds in France. A couple of years back we camped in the grounds of an 18th c fortress, and I have a number of photos of the amazing weathered wood in one of the entrance doors/gates.

Love the sensational textures added by your woodgrain background and dotted horizontal panel. I know Larry with love playing with the wobbles on this fun card, Donna!

Perfect card for the healing basketball lover! Love the weathered look of the backboard, and using the wobbly for the basketball gives it some action - great idea!

I read Anita's comment and just face-palmed myself (since I also had a hard time with the French touch after doing a basketball theme)! Of course, there are a lot of French basketball players - Tony Parker & Nicolas Batum are two of my hubby's favorite players...so yes, no need to add another French touch (although the wood grain background is really fantastic). Love the wobble, Donna, and I'm sure Larry would love it as well!

I am chuckling because I like to really test my wobbles before I stick the in the envelope too. So funny. Love your great card. Wonderful image and background and a great use of the sketch. Fab card and a sure winner for Larry.
Wow, this is a handsome card. I love how you stamped the splatters on the woodgrain. Adds such a cool fun feature. Your image and coloring looks fabulous!
