This card is for the Alpha challenge G = Gel Printing.
I love gel printing and have a ton of panels I've made over the past couple of years. This is one of them.
I grabbed a few panels out of my stash for this challenge and ended up choosing this one. I had been sorting out all of my stash received from friends around the world. This die cut was gifted to me by a friend on this site, Faye. (Thank you Fayeâe¦love this cute image). I thought it would be perfect to add to my panel without taking away the colours and texture.
The panel was made using various Catherine Pooler inks and white acrylic paint added on top. I also used a rubber band across it which didn't come out as well as other panels but I like the soft muted colours.
Coloured the image using Copics adding gold lines on her dress. Of course it wouldn't be me if I didn't add stickles and liquid pearls somewhere LOL.
TFL. Happy day

I really like the colourblock effect of your print, Jayne. And the Pure Innocence sweetie is beautifully coloured. The Stickles and gold lives on the dress make it look as if you'd paper-pieced her, which you obviously didn't if she was a RAK image.

Great background colors and patterns, Jayne. That girl is precious and this card has such a sweet feel to it! Love it. Hugz
