We are using one of Lydia's tutorials, Reinker Wash Background. This is the video:
If you want to make multiples quickly, this is for you. I had the best fun with it. I did change my sentiments and didn't use reinkers. Of course, changing sentiments slowed the process. I used my Daniel Smith watercolors and Kuretake Gansai Tambi. I think this would be great for making a box of cards for gifts or just to have on hand. I just didn't have time when I was working on mine.
I misted my panel, moved my ink around-love to see it run, let dry, stamped sentiment, and placed Washi tape. All done.

These are awesome, Brenda. Love the fun colors, and nice to show you can do this technique without reinkers. Really love the congrats one....would make a great grad card with school colors. Thanks for the inspiration. The added gold gives the one card a nice elegant touch. Great job!
Oh, you made a trio of happy cards! They are so beautiful! The colors are gorgeous together and I like the borders you added! A wonderful set of cards!

I had fun with this one too. Love these pretty colors. I was inspired by your use of washi tape so I did that too.

These are all fun cards and I think you're right - they would make an awesome gift set. (or quick & easy yet eye-catching when I'm asked to make sets of cards for auction at charity functions!) Love all your color combos!
