Thrilled to use one of my vintage prescription papers. There's a stack of them still housed in their metal casing, where one can write the order on the portable surface and then pull up and rip off the receipts. By doing so, the next batch is pulled into place, ready for the next sale. I got it years ago at a thrift store for 7 bucks. Those and all the other medical elements (I knew they'd come in handy someday) are laid out onto an old index card. Added the proper initials for our honored recipients.

Gosh, do you remember the days of triplicate invoices! There was a lot to be said for it. I love the little thermometer, cute. And the prescription warnings are super-fun.

I remember those invoices! So fun how you incorporated them here with all this great ephemera. Sabrina is right -- those prescription warnings are so humorous here. Love that you personalized it with their initials, even though it was already fairly personalized with all the images. Fabulous collage and a fun thank you to the Thakkers.
