The center panel is handmade paper. I used a bunch of paper that would have been tossed. I need to practice more to figure how to get a thinner sheet without holes in it, but it is a fun process. I scribbled gelatos on the handmade paper and then dragged a brush full of gesso wash across the paper. The gesso softens the color. I stamped the image right on top, but since there is a lot of texture, I had to go over the lines with a micron pen before coloring the image.
