This is the first of a Twofer using my new YOU TAKE THE CAKE die and some MemoryBox colors card stock I bought recently.
I die cut a bunch of 1/4" strips using the Essentials by Ellen die and attached to a piece of copy paper. (I used Stick-It on the copy paper to make this step super easy). I then die cut the sentiment.
I had a die cut stitched square in my scrap bin from another project and cut the sentiment from that. I inlaid my rainbow striped letters. I added 2 thin layers of card stock behind the square so that I'd have a little dimension in the end.
I used the stitched in and out square die to cut from a piece of 4.75" square black card stock. I inlaid my sentiment square and assembled the card.
I finished it off by adding a thin frame die cut from my stash and some Pretty Pink Posh clear star sequins.
I saved the negative die cut from the striped panel and the white letters from the stitched square to use on a second card.
