I watched that video and was sure that this was not going to work with my Spectrum Aqua markers or my cheap paintbrushes. But it did work and was really easy! Another Watercolor Wednesday win! The hardest part was choosing the color. My heart said orange, but my head said green. I used the Leaf Green marker. Kept it CAS with some splatter and added to my sympathy card stash. That was really fun!

I guess it is green-ish although with the translucency, the thumbnail has almost a golden glow. This is beautiful with the big loopy petals and the CAS treatment makes it perfect for a sympathy card. Like you, I found today's challenge really easy and quite relaxing.

That is such a beautiful color and your transparency is great. Love the sentiment and your splats look like dew drops on your flower.

I am in complete awe of your marker skill! This is really stunning! You were able to achieve beautiful transparency! I love the sentiment too! I had one that says, "God always, always shows up" but the last time I used it someone made a weird comment and I just don't have the energy to deal with another similar comment! LOL, I really like your sentiment!

Beautiful, Jen with using the markers. Love the subtle color and the added water spots. Wonderful creation for the gallery. Glad you joined us again this week.
