This is my sample for CC847. Jeanne is our hostess and she chose fresh freesia, polished pink and old olive for her color trio. They are new Stampin'-Up in-colors. Dessert option this week is gems.
My birthday card is featuring morning glories. I cut the flowers twice- once in fresh freesia vellum and a 2nd time in purple posy. I attached the vellum flowers on top with Ranger multi medium matte.
My background designer paper is from the Stampin'-Up "expressions in ink" collection. I layered that on polished pink shimmer vellum.
Stamped the sentiment, added some ribbon and enamel dots to complete my card.
Hope you can play along this week. Jeanne has chosen some pretty colors for your card creations.

Super pretty! I can't believe that's vellum -- I had to do a double-take. It looks so dainty and delicate. Love the background dp. It's really stunning.
