This card was made for a card challenge whose theme was "Mood Board- Oh Baby!" and also required the use of dies or a digital cutting machine.
I have had this Stampin' Up! (SU) stamp set and coordinating dies since 2014 and only used it one time! When the new card challenge came out with the baby theme, I knew just what I was going to use!
The card base is made of SU Petal Pink cardstock with the mat a white, and the two pattern panels from the SU "Twinkle Twinkle" Designer Series Paper (DSP).
I die cut the onesie from a dotted paper from "Bird Ballad" DSP and using the matching stamp as a model, I drew in the stitching lines using a white gel pen. The ruffles were created from scraps of SU ruffled ribbon I had in my stash. They were attached to the onesie using Scor-Tape. The coat hanger was die cut using the same die set as the onesie. I layered the coat hanger 3x to give it some thickness for dimension and also to raise the onesie up off the card front.
Finally, the sentiment was stamped using pink ink onto white cardstock, and punched using the SU "Word Window" punch and matted in pink with the SU "Modern Label" punch.
Tiny clear and pink jewels were added to both the constellation and stars panels for added interest.
I am rating the difficulty level of this card as a "1" out of a possible "5". Using the dies made it really easy.
