It's Watercolor Wednesday and Kia is having us paint bumblebees! I really enjoyed this practice! I chose the loose version and only painted him twice! The only thing is, I didn't like my results with the damp tissue. I am not sure if my tissue wasn't damp enough or my watercolor was too dry but I thought it ended up just looking smudged.

Beautiful Angela, so brilliant in colour and your Bee is fabulous. I only tried once, and painted a big bee, so I had to make a big flower too! Love that you signed it too.

I love the loose style so much, Angie. Your bee looks beautiful and I want to do a loose style. I think I tried it twice and went to tight. Ugh

Amazing job Angie, on the loose version of the bee. Thanks for the tip about the tissue. It smudged for me. Maybe our tissues were too wet. Love your wings and how you signed your painting.

Lovely version of today's WCW challenge - one big bee was just buzzing round my head as I was trying to adjust the deck drapes. Maybe it thought I was the flower in my coral top!!!
