I'd never stamped this particular cityscape before - that just leaves Rome for me to use, but it doesn't have a bridge. I've used London, Paris and Sydney already.
Background brayered onto glossy card. I spattered the top part with Perfect Pearls mixed wit water, and painted some onto the sea part. Stamped the waves from Shore Thing with red ink, stamped the NY scene with Versafine Black and then accidentally embossed with white instead of clear. But I like it. It's fine...I used a marker and drew lines extending out to each edge and added white embossing powder there too, and sprinkled some Aged Teal chunky EP over the sea part. Stamped the sentiment onto the base and then onto the image panel to line up with it. Added the little boat cut from a tomato paste tube, and a scrap of brayered-off card for the fill. Added a distressed black layer along the top, and scored the bottom partially in line with the sentiment and along the full length below the sentiment.
I'll add a photo in the challenge thread taken at a different angle. Glossy card and Perfect Pearls = not easy to capture.
