That was a fun (and messy) technique today, Snietje! I was a little stumped for what to do until I decided to combine with the Waffle Flower Weekly Challenge which is "Travel Around the World". I decided the technique would make a cool Earth. I think I was right. And I stamped and cut five of these cute kids and colored them in rainbow clothes. I lightly stamped graduation caps all over the background and used "The world is yours" as my sentiment. This will go to a new college graduate who is ready to become a math teacher!

This technique worked perfectly for your Earth, love the colors and texture and love the children in these pretty colors!! The lightly stamped bg is just what it needs to showcase the Earth

The technique made a perfect Earth! Really great card, and I was shocked when I read that you had stamped and colored the kids. I was sure they were ready-made die-cuts. Fantastic job.

a very cool Earth indeed. I love that it looks like oceans and continents. Adorable kids and great coloring. Your newly graduated teacher should adore this. Great job.

Brilliant idea to use this technique to create the earth. I love your kids! This card reminds me of a dance around the world program we used to do when I taught third grade.

It does make a great Earth effect, with the sort of swirly clouds. What a happy card - I was sure it was yours when I spotted it in the gallery, those fun bright colours.
