I might get round to another go at the faux barnboard, but next week is busier than I was anticipating in work and I need to get ahead with a few other things. This faux wood came about accidentally some years back when I was rushing to do the barnboard and accidentally mixed re-inker with the white glue instead of the paint. Recently a jar of white glue on my desk perished and cracked, and rather than throw all the glue out, I mixed it up with reinker and, using a foam brush, painted several sheets of white card. It embosses well and often I make planks with it, scoring and swiping with ink, but for this little picture gallery I used a grid ef and stamped over it with a paisley design. I've been colouring the kitties for the last while, so I just cut them out, added them and a birthday sentiment which will be perfect for my half-sister's June birthday. Some of the kitties were coloured with Inktense, some with Polychromos. The bows are sparkled up with an SN clear glitter pen.

Adorable. Love your kitties and adore the bg. The images you used to stamp on the faux wood are perfect for your kitten panel and so fun. Wonderfully whimsical and there a pun...my favorite kind of card.
