Welcome to WCW, MariLynn - I totally understand your mind set, my friend, being OCD myself makes coloring outside the lines difficult . . . that said this turned out really well. You did allow the color to flow and blend in the surrounding mist and it makes a beautiful soft bg for your hand drawn hollyhocks.

Good job with the doodled hollyhocks and the misting, also. You are braver than I would be to write on your card after watercoloring it. I am sure I would ruin it. The recipient will love your card, I'm sure. So glad you brought this awesome card to us at the WCW this week.

Great job drawing the hollyhocks along with the misting technique too. Pretty splatters, I love splatters and a lovely sentiment. Thanks for joining us this week.
Hello, friend! How fun to see you here! This is gorgeous! Your hand-drawn hollyhocks are gorgeous! You achieved a beautiful atmospheric background and I love the splatters!

Your Hollyhocks are really pretty and they are one of my favorite flowers. We always had them in our yard when I was growing up. I love purple ones! Great job with the challenge!
