I used to grow marigolds but they were so bad to get spider mites, I took them off my list. I think they are pretty just the same.
I followed the tutorial, then splattered some ink in the colors I used for the flower and background. Last, I stamped this sentiment which I really like.

I love this as it is along the line of watercolor painting. I checked out the tutorial and it's really easy. I'm gonna put it on my list of things to try soon.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen a Marigold stamp and you nailed the colors. Love your blend of yellows and oranges so typical of these flowers. I like the confetti spatters that tie your colors together.

Beautiful! I love marigolds...always grew them as a child...would start them inside in a milk carton and then plant outside. That sentiment is terrific!
