This card is for Patti, a friend of Pat/casep, who survived a heart attack. Pat challenged us Teapotters to use a heart in our cards.
I came across this quote from an old magazine while making another card (DebbieinOC, aside from Google, old magazines are where I get my quotes ), and I got lucky since it is the perfect sentiment for this challenge. It's been a long day - I'll be back to comment after preparing dinner!
Thank you for the challenge, Pat!

Beautiful card and I love the bright colors and color combo you used. Great design/layout and that quote is so perfect for this situation...well, any situation really. I'm sure Patti will adore every bit of this.
Ok. I guess I will have to venture back into the library for old magazines...or just keep googling your Gallery.

What a beautifully designed card Gem. I love the pink dp bg and that proverb is wonderful and illustrates your heart and floral die cuts perfectly...so pretty!

Great Chinese proverb!! I love the colors you've used and love the flowers in the heart, the black framing makes this really pop against the starry pink bg

First off, thank you so much for your lovely comment on mine. You have a way of making a person feel great! Now to your gorgeous creation. I love the bright base you used and your heart is a wonderful response to the challenge. The bright green accents and pretty flowers in it are beautifully done with the wonderful quote. Love the pop of black you used too!
