Sea Glass Sea Horse
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: Cook22

Making my own Mixed Media this morning as I have other things on later today and no time to keep checking the forum. I've done the Faux Sea Glass on Memory Glass before, but I came across the suggestion of doing it on thick card. The only difference was that I used dye inks on the card rather than the pigment inks called for to use on glass in the tutorial.
Embossed a white base, and added some sea-life using Memory Box dies - the crab might be Poppy? For the crab I cut two, trimmed out the body on one and contoured it with a stylus, finishing it with Glossy Accents

Wow! Your take on this technique is fabulous. The colors are wonderful and I especially love that cute crab. Great EF choice. Well done!

Cool card! I like that glass technique! The crab is very cool. I thought he was more solid so great job on the contouring!

My favourite little sea creatures - seahorses and leafy sea dragons. You have created a special tropical looking seascape for them to live in.

a beautiful piece of art! luv how you added dimension to the little crab and the colours you used for your "ocean"!
